Carlton & Shironda Washington
Carlton and Shironda Washington are a power couple called to lead with authority, clarity, and spiritual depth. Together, they pastor Outpour Church Tampa with a shared hunger for God's presence and a bold vision for transformation. Their leadership is not performitive or trendy, it flows from conviction, marked by fire, faith and fruit.
Carlton has been actively serving in ministry since 2003, bringing over two decades of experience in preaching, teaching, and apostolic-prophetic leadership. He is not new to this, he's seasoned, tested, and faithful to the call. Shironda ministers alongside him with strength, discernment, and grace, carrying her own anointing and voice. Together, they lead with conviction, unity of vision, and and unwavering commitment to see lives transformed.
Outpour Church Tampa exists for those who are hungry for more, more of God's presence, more purpose, and more depth in their walk with Him. Carlton and Shironda believe God has given them a clear mandate for this region: to build a house marked by hunger, awakened purpose, and relentless pursuit of the Kingdom. This is a place where faith is sharpened, calling is activated, and people are empowered to walk boldly in what God has spoken.

why outpour exists
Outpour Church exists for those who are hungry... hungry for the presence of God, hungry for revival, and hungry to see real transformation take place in lives, families, and territories. This is not a church built around convenience or comfort. This is a house built for fire, for encounter, and for those who refuse to settle for surface-level Christianity. Outpour Church Tampa is not a trend, not a brand, and not a performance, it is a move of God.
Outpour was birthed out of a mandate to see God’s presence return to the center where hearts are stirred, purpose is awakened, and people are empowered to live fully surrendered lives. We believe the Church is meant to be alive, powerful, and marked by the tangible move of God. Here, we contend for revival, we steward hunger, and we make room for the Spirit of God to move freely.
This is a place for builders, carriers, and pursuers, people who want more than a Sunday experience and are committed to becoming a spiritual family. At Outpour, we gather to encounter God, grow together, and take territory for the Kingdom. What God does here doesn’t stop in the building, it overflows into homes, communities, and the region.
